9. Underground Waterways at Kerr Street and Lakeshore
Issue
There is concern about construction on these underground waterways.

Bob Zsadanyi stated that the Planning Department is now addressing this; developer cannot proceed till there is satisfaction on this issue.
Residents are invited to an information meeting at 7:00 pm on Oct 1st, at the Oakville Room, Town Municipal offices, where the developer and Town staff will discuss this.
