Forsythe St: Moorings Park not clean of weeds.

Town response: problem is the prohibition on pesticide on public spaces. The Town have been doing steam cleaning and have used students to hand-pull weeds, but were short of funds for manpower this year.
Re concrete and other debris in Tannery Park at the lake front: needs remedial action.
