A "Meet Your Neighbour" Street Party was held on Chisholm between John and Rebecca. The party was hosted by Tanya. Approximately fifty people showed up or wandered through.
Jeannie the Jelly Bean painted children's faces and various ball toss games were set up.
An inflatable trampoline had the kids screaming with joy.Members of Oakville's Fire Department showed up, much to the delight of the ladies.
Music was provided by The Mike Branton Band, a local group who often perform their rythm and blues at the Bearded Collie downtown.Austin Powers took time off from saving the world from Dr. Evil to join the group in singing "Danger Man" and other songs.
