South of Lakeshore
Between Brant and Brock
Below is an aerial view of the project - it includes [1] "Me and Joe's" (formerly Wimpey's), [2] the mall, and [3] two homes to the south of these (80 Brant and 79 Brock Street). Points of reference include [4] Lakeshore Road near the Kerr Street intersection (in front of The Beer Store) and [5] Fortino's (formerly Loblaws).
The planned footprint would have the 16 storey buiding spanning Lakeshore with 14 townhouses where the homes are currently.
The front view of the structure has a 4 storey commercial/residential component running the length of Lakeshore and a 16 storey central core.
Viewed eastward are the shops which continue along the side streets and an idea of the setback from the main street (Lakeshore is to the left). Not shown are the townhouses to the south (right side of the picture).
